Citrus Body Scrub-exfoliating sugar cane body scrub using soothing warm towels to remove scrub. Warm oils or body butters are then applied for hydration, leaving your skin feeling smooth & invigorated.

Raindrop Therapy-This technique involves applying therapeutic grade Young Living essential oils to the spine, neck and feet. The session lasts about 45 minutes, however the benefits may last up to a week or more.
The combination of applying 9 different powerful essential oils using techniques called Vita-Flex and Native American Feather Stroking, create a synergistic effect for the body. Several clients report an increased sense of well-being as well as an increase in height after only one session.

Learn to eliminate stuck stress before it accumulates and leads to aches and pains. Reduce inflammation, ease chronic neck and back strain, improve alignment, enhance athletic performance and keep your whole body feeling great at any age.
In these all levels classes we will use a MELT soft roller & small soft balls to simulate the results of manual therapy.
MELT soft rollers and balls are provided for classes and are also available for purchase.
